Manager doesn't know how to talk with customers and didn't provide the correct shipment.

Waste of time and waste of money! The worst customer service ever. We paid for kind bed set and the sofa from this place. The associate said that the set will be ready within two weeks. It became three weeks became more and more . We asked the person who deal with us, we need all of them in two weeks because we were moving to other place. He promise us, it will be readh in two weeks dont worry abd bla bla bla. We called them , they were rude and yelled back us. I was so upset with them . We paid the money on spot and they promised us and we didn't receive our items. We told them if h couldn't able to get two weeks we can get it somewhere, but they said no worries mam, it will be come with in two weeks. When I call them they said those item u ordered coming from BC. I'm surprised because he didn't say anything about BC when we order. Everytime when I called them. Their answer is "we didn't receive it mam. How many times u r calling " and they r so rude when they saying all this things. I asked them questions if it is getting delay why don't you guys inform the customer. For that they don't have answer. Finally they received my item but they didn't call us and inform, accidentally I call them regarding my order.they said" oh we received well said u tomorrow ". I don't know what's going on. If u receive order u r going to deliver so u should call the customer and ask the customer convenience what time is good for them to deliver or something like. If I m not at home on that day what will they do. Will they leave my stuff outside. Very unprofessional place. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service. The owner doesn't know how to deal with customers. This is the worst place to purchase.

Worst customer service ever. They don't know how to treat women. Went with my husband and baby to buy a bed. The moment we walked inside a salesman started following us like crazy even after we explicitly said we will take a look and let him know. After a few minutes, I strayed away to look at something else and another guy came to me and shouted at me saying, you can't stay here, you must go back and stay with your husband. He was so rude and disrespectful. We left immediately without buying anything. I still don't understand how they are still running the business with this attitude towards customers.

Very bad experience. Very unprofessional service. Please don't buy anything from this store. They made us pay all in advance for two matresses, one bed and reschedule the delivery two times I have received mattress. I was wondering where is my bed ?? Delivery man said contact the store, I did contact they replied its not available now. Within two weeks its going to deliver but that two weeks became three months still waiting. Now a days when ever I call them before I finish my inquiry about my bed delivery they hangup my phone.
