Every time we go to check out, there are 2 cashiers and most self serve are down and customers are lined up blocking the main aisle (health and safety issue). Spoke to two staff ... one said she couldn't help on the self serve as she was going on break. Another said she wasnt "on the clock"! Customer service blames it on instructions from Corporate. Need to up their game on on customer service. Disgusted!

Ordering Online for Delivery is a nightmare from this location! Do make sure you meet the driver as they hand you your delivery because things listed on the delivery order, don't show up and Walmart does NOT remove it from the list, so it looks as if you have received it and are charged for the items! I have had several issues with this Walmart delivery. And, every time you will spend about an hour or longer trying to deal with customer service and it will usually not be to your satisfaction. They should be compensating for our time wasted on their poor business and logistics. Also, they say delivered, when none of the order has been and as you're speaking with customer service, about 10-15 minutes into the call, they come by and there's missing items. I have asked them to take photos, to prove they delivered, as Amazon does, but they don't! They can learn from Amazon logistics or even some other retailers. A giant corp. should be doing better for their customers, no excuse. It's 2023, and you still can't get online ordering right...shameful.
