Con-Tech DKI was referred to me by my insurance company to repair water damage in our basement. My project manager, Ryan, was great to deal with. He sent over people to handle the emergency repairs right away. When it came time to handle the restoration, he did a great job of coordinating all of the trades people and communicating the repair schedule to me. Everyone that he sent to the house was courteous, capable, and very respectful of my home. Ryan was very responsive to questions, and he addressed concerns immediately by having the trades people complete touch ups the very next day.
