Ely's Glass

Very unprofessional. My condo corp hired this company to replace a shattered balcony/patio door. The work was scheduled to take place between 10am-3pm. I expressed concern early morning of the date I was scheduled for service, to advise that the work must be completed by 3pm, as I had to leave for work that evening. They agreed that they would complete the work before 3pm but then showed up at 2:45 stating it would take at least half an hour. It took them over an hour to complete the work and I was not able to attend my shift as a result.. Very poor management and no consideration. I would not hire this company as they have no regard for appropriate business operations or consideration of their client's time.

I had one broken glass and it's December 8 /2020 in a lockdown due to covid-19, I went in and the guy told me that he could do it in the same day,they called me a couple hours later and it was ready for me to pick up, Amazing service and friendly staff , still June 1 2022, went to order some glass to put in some cabinet doors, same good service and friendly.

Not receiving the order after couple of month and no manager or supervisor to solve the problem or take care of customer. It can't be worse than this.
