Absolutely horrendous, unprofessional company. Installed our AC 3 years ago, installed it in our walkway instead of the unused side so they could save in copper pipe, then it failed the first spring when I fired it up. They sent a sub-contractor to fix it and the sub told us how poor the workmanship was that they had done. Then it failed again today for the exact same reason, leaks from poor soldering... and now they refuse to help in anyway and flat out told me just to call someone else and stopped answering my calls. So I called from a different phone and of course they answered but refused to help saying the warranty expired, you would think the warranty is only valid if they installed it properly in the first place. Now after 3 years of problems, I have to pay another contractor to fix their poor work. At least I know it will be done properly.
