Their furnaces are junk and they don't carry the required parts in all of Canada! Not to mention that they are super expensive to begin with, roughly half the price of a new furnace! Given the cold climate during the late fall and winter here in Ontario I am shocked and appalled that the company does not stand behind their products and provide enough support and instead lets us suffer in the cold. Shame on you Carrier.

Mitchell from Carrier Scarborough came through big time for us! We had a customer with no heat and he rushed to get a part shipped out right before close. Because of this my customer will have the heat back on ASAP. Thanks again so much!

Today I went to buy a part for my air conditioner. I saw two service person behind the counter. One was serving a customer so I went to second person but he wouldn't look at me. I am pretty sure that he was not doing any thing. Then I waited behind the first customer for 10 minutes. After finishing the first customer the service person didn't even look at me or ask me why I am standing there. After 2 minutes the second service person asked me for why I am in the shop. I couldn't do any business as he was very rude. If you are a color person don't go there as this place looks like a redneck place.
