THIS COMPANY CAUSED $1000+ WORTH OF DAMAGE TO OUR HOME AND ARE REFUSING TO COVER THE REPAIRS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE OF SCAMS AND THEFT Edited to add: They admitted to the damage in an email to Better Business Bureau, but lied and said they offered to pay $400 and give us $400 of free cleans. They offered to not charge us for the clean when the damage was caused and give us $100 in cash. They have not responded to my final email prior to submitting the complaint to the better business bureau and do not answer my calls. This company caused $937 worth of reported damage to our brand new cooktop and are refusing to cover the damage. They also caused scratches to the body of the cooktop but didnt report it. I have warranty photos from the day before the clean showing there is no damage. Photo of quote in review. The cleaner used easy off heavy duty oven cleaner on the exterior stainless steel on our cooktop which permanently damaged the front panel. Clearly they are not trained on what products are safe to use. We just want them to pay to replace the panel they damaged. That is all. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU TOO! Specialty cleaning products have gone missing (ie stainless steel cleaner, granite cleaner) I have no material proof of this but no one else has access to our house and I have searched high and low for the cleaning products. They also added an unauthorized $60 charge to one of our bills. I have photo proof of this. They have their employees leave positive reviews on Google. I have proof of this. The cleaner that caused the damage called me that day and I have her name on my call records. Her name is also an author of one of the only positive reviews. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN OUR POSITION. LISTEN TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY BY THESE CROOKS.

I have had better experiences. The lady who came to the house was very nice- but I cant give 5 star. A lot of areas were left uncleaned. Though they tried, I feel they need to either use better products or have a bigger team to manage all their appointments as they left my house in the middle of cleaning to meet their next appointment. They did come back next day but that screw my move in plans and it was just a mess.. though I didnt hate the service/ but I am not booking you again Ever.. Service: Deep clean

The staff came early in my place and never been late. They also finish their tasks earlier than I expected. This team is great for having such staff like Marcus and Kelly who knows what to do and who finish their tasks properly. I feel merry meeting both of them! Now, my place looks like a cozy place where I can move freely and feel relaxed.
