Very professional team. My whole family really enjoyed Joe's service and attitude. Joe is a professional and warm-hearted person. It was he who helped to install the air conditioner in my home. However, after several years of installation, the heater in our home suddenly stopped working. Joe came to help us warmly, because it was a small problem, Joe helped us to repair it for free. My old water heater was malfunctioning and my landlord contacted this company. I was very impressed by the professional job Alan and his coworker did with the drywall cutting and new water heater installation. Unfortunately, the water heater was causing a minor issue and I emailed the company and Alan called me back within the hour. He dropped by the next day and fixed the issue right away. Very impressed and will definitely recommend.

Thanks to Joe and his team at Cana, we were able to replace our old hwt in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the service, sales, and installation by Alan and Yuan. Before finding Cana Air, I compared it to 6 other local HVAC companies in the area. So, if you are shopping around for new HVAC equipment and/or service, look no further!

Joe is very helpful and professional. He had installed HVAC for us in year 2014, recently our furnace no heat comes out so he came to exam right away. Of course it was fixed.Even though he is such a busy man he still call and check with us how's it is going on. He also installed tankless for us two weeks ago. He also help us to file rebate for us. This summer very hot , my brother AC not working, no people come except Joe sent Alan to come fix it . My son live in Aurora, last December Christmas day his furnace broken ,he came to install a new one for him in such a winter time .I will highly recommend him to my friends.
