I came to know about the consultancy through my aunt. I had a paid appointment with a lawyer too which was online. Until then everything was smooth. Lately, I tried to contact them through phone calls and watsapp messages regarding inquiries on immigration that too pathways that are closing soon. Unfortunately, I had to waste my time. And over phone I clearly asked the person I had appointment with that whether I have to pay again and he said I already paid him. (As it was a phone call I dont have any proofs). But I have WhatsApp messages (my new number)on the conversation we had and there the lawyer asked me to throw my questions and I asked him whatever I needed answers for. He seen it and no reply until now.
