This is an awesome machines. 2 years ago I bought a used tire changer and balancer from facebook market and i thought i got scammed because when i brought it home and tried to use the tire changer, it would not work. Frustrated and confused! I googgled Major and called. I was not sure what to expect. I called, Jim answered and he helped me out all the way. Even if i did not buy from them. He said he is behind his products and will always support it. I found out that i bought a motorcycle/atv tire changer :(. Jim helped me fixed the machine through whatsapp even after work hours. Long story short, after many tire changes now i just bought a proper machine for my garage. Jim is awesome. I will always buy from them. Thanks Jim for guiding me with my new purchased, GT5887A.
