She should be more honest about things. Instead of lying and using people ID for her only benefit and entitlement. Threatening stuff for manipulation. Just a pure liar. Do not share your information with her. She don't follow instructions and just lie about everything.

I have dealt with Jessie for many years now for both home and auto insurance. She is Fantastic and gives great customer service and quick response time. I highly recommend her!

Jessie has been a great Allstate rep to me. She was able to switch me over from Cooperators because I was able to save 30+ dollars a month with a clean driving record; you would think Cooperator would be able to be competitive even with a employee discount. Also Jessie provides a personal experience if you need help with clarification on your policy when you contact her directly. I was also surprised about the self serve app which i wasn't aware of because I somehow misplaced my policy card and Jessie informed me that this can be viewed on the Allstate app; she also sent me a physical copy as well via mail. Jessie checks all the boxes when it comes down to customer satisfaction. Thanks Jessie.

On Apr 13,2020, I called Jessie Guo at 647-779-xxxx and asked her to temporarily stop my Toyota car insurance. I wanted to send out the O.P.C.F 16 form to her but she told me that it was the wrong form and that she was going to send out another form to me to sign to return to her. So I signed and sent the form back to her but instead, it was a comprehensive coverage form. I sent a message asking her why it was the comprehensive coverage form. She called me back and told me that I needed this form to temporarily stop my insurance but didnt explain any coverage for this form to me. Today, I checked my account and found out that I still needed to pay for part of my Toyota car insurance. She also didn't remove my forgiveness Coverage that I required on Oct 23,2019!!!
