        Cassidy at Fido, STC was excellent. Fully knowledgeable and efficient. For the first time ever, dealing with a cell phone company was delightful.

        Waiting time - long but once your turn comes, it is quick. The staff are helpful and competent. Don't visit on weekends. It is crazily busy. Fido plans are not the most competitively priced, neither is the network coverage impressive. But we just have it and we are accepting it. One good thing happened was that it automatically gave me international roaming when I visited Singapore. Well, it changed me almost $1 per day regardless of whether I use the roaming or not. I paid about $20+ for 18 days out of Canada. The Fido store at Scarborough Town Centre is excellent in managing all the enquiries.
