        Great service, cultivated staff, Good selection Bought my Bulova watch. They also changed battery for my Gshock watch and set the time for me (I went few places they said they don't know how to set time for G shock watch)

        Horrible service right from the start. I called to find out if they do resizing for rings. I didn't want a estimate or time frame ...simply just a yes or no.. they refused to tell me anything over the phone. That was enough to start looking elsewhere.
