Be warned and pls check other review sites like HomeStars (where this company currently has a 0.3/10 rating) before proceeding. We hired Loukas 2 previous times and his company did a good job for a reasonable price, so I understand the other positive Google reviews. However, unless you want to gamble with your money, take your business elsewhere. We hired Loukas for a third time for a relatively big job and unfortunately this time had the WORST experience. They came, ripped up our driveway, did about 10% of the work, and then completely disappeared. We phoned, texted, pleaded.... nothing. Loukas completely ghosted us. We kept reaching out and waited over a month refusing to believe that he would screw us like this. In the end he never replied, which is gross and unprofessional. We ended up hiring a different company that ultimately did an amazing job for us, but this was after several months of angst and stress and lost investment. Stay away. I just want to start off by saying Loukas and his team were amazing. My wife and I were looking to get an interlocking patio installed along with new sod and a base for a shed in the backyard. We were very nervous at the start because we have had some bad experiences with contractors not doing the proper job, cutting corners, being late and asking for more money at the end. None of this happened with Loukas and his team. He was so helpful right from the start and upfront about everything. He came to our house to look at the project and take measurements. He got in touch on the same day to give me a price breakdown for everything. Once we settled on the project, he met us at the location where he buys his material. We were able to choose the exact style of stones that we wanted for our patio. Everything was delivered on time and his team got the project started right away. They were always on time and finished the project on time. While they were working, if my wife or I found anything that we wanted to be fixed or changed, we messaged Loukas and he had his team make the changes the next day right away. He was always available to chat on the phone or by text which was very important for us. The project has been finished for a couple of weeks now and we noticed some minor things that needed touching up and we called him and once again he answered right away and will be sending his team to address the issue. Loukas always wants to make sure the client is happy and unlike alot of other contractors, if there is anything we are concerned about, he will address it even after the job is complete which is very rare to find. If you are unsure about who to go with when doing your landscaping project, I highly recommend Loukas and his team. Now my family and I can enjoy our backyard for the summer.
