Land Effects

After 18 years, we finally have the backyard of our dreams thanks to Keith and his amazing crew! We craved privacy, intimacy, sophistication, drainage solutions and plenty of storage in a backyard design. Keith provided all of this and more with his design. Keith was very flexible in working with our ideas and our budget; he is extremely budget-conscious. He introduced us to other vendors who delivered beautiful products: a custom shed and a swim spa. As we changed our minds on some of the products we wanted, Keith easily worked the new ideas into the plan. And I have to mention Ryan and his crew who did the entire build for us. They were amazing! The work is of high quality, the crew were professional and very hard-working, and they all had a great eye for design. This Spring we get to work with Keith again on the actual planting plan. We are so happy with the outcome of our design and we can't thank Keith enough for making a big, daunting project so stress-free and seamless. Was great working with Keith. We were looking to redesign our (relatively small) backyard, and Keith helped us better understand backyard landscape design and how to make the most out of our space. He gave us ideas to think about that we had never considered, and brought a number of designs and plans that gave us examples of what was possible.
