When it comes to quoting the job, starting on the day as promised and completing the job in the time frame provided, Leonlin delivered as promised. Payment was also hand delivered to the office of Leonlin once the work was completed. I was also promised that someone from Leonlin would follow up 1 year later to come check the work (900 sq feet of pavers laid) for quality of workmanship and top off the polymeric sand. We are now 16 months after the job was completed and several attempts on my part to remind Leonlin and identify some deficiencies in the work and I have had no, to very little acknowledgement, of my contact attempts. Totally appreciate it is a busy time of year, but I am disappointed in lack of returning my contact attempts and not addressing my concerns around the workmanship.
