Clean place, big machines. Quick problem resolution. I had an issue with a machine and it was resolved quickly via text.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and since they have sold to new owners its went downhill, there is never an owner there, you can text them but they dont respond to your concerns Ive had a few problems with the machines and they have done nothing to reimburse me, the place is not cleaned properly the machines dont get wiped off or fixed I understand that it could be costly to fix the machines but they just leave the signs up saying out of order. But I notice they come in to empty the machines for the money.

My clothes are stolen from the machine 1 jogger 3 jeans 1 sweatshirt are stollen Very expensive clothes It is very bad that theres no saftey of belongings

This is the ONLY laundromat that I use in Scarborough. It's by far the cleanest and they're open late, also their machines are usually always working and not "out of order " like other laundromats. New owners have taken it over but they're doing a great job with it. They responded quickly when I had an emergency. I definitely recommend this establishment.
