Worst cleaners I have ever used, spoiled my reversible asian jacket and did not care to share with me when I picked it up. Saw it when I was ready to wear. They Could not correct the problem and were not apologetic. They should've said they could not clean when I took it, I lost the use of a very expensive silk jacket.
