Mark Ebrahimzadeh is the worst professional serviceman. He charged us for snow shovelling for the entire season 11/15 2022 - 4/15 2023. So far (as of 12/24/2022 his people has come only once. He kept saying to us that it was us "begging" for his business and he didn't want to take our business. Yesterday 12/23/2022 there was a snow storm and inclement weatther warning. the snow stopped by 7pm. We checked him again when he'd come by. He replied "within 12 hours after stnow stopped". This morning he also replied (by emailing us at 3am and calling us at 5am) "we will come by later today". It's 4pm now and we haven't seen a single soul on our drive way. Mark probably just doesn't have a soul for taking the money that we "begged" to give him.

Do NOT use this company. You'll end up paying money for nothing but humiliation, problems and ZERO service. Mark is very unprofessional. He charged me for snow removal for the whole season but only showed up couple of times after multiple calls and texts. He would either reply to shout at me continously then hang up the line without giving me a chance to say 1 sentence, or completely ignore my messages and not show up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I politely asked for a refund of my second installment since he's not providing the service, he refused. I'm planning to take it to small claims court as he needs to learn his lesson. Save yourself the headache and don't use this company. I ended up buying a snow blower that costed me half of what I paid him. I mean, I end up removing the snow anyways. Why pay him and get disrespected and humiliated?

Our neighbourhood collectively paid Goldberg Property Maintenance to remove the snow in our drive way between mid November 2022 and mid April 2023. We were required to pay two installments, first payment to cover mid November - end of January, and second to cover February to mid April. On Dec 23 2022 there was a huge snow storm that triggered an inclement weather warning. The snow stopped by 7pm. All neighbours were panicking and emailed/texted Mark for a response. Some neighbours gave up on Mark after 12 hours of no-show and had to hire another company for an emergency on-call service. We emailed Mark as well at 9pm on Dec 23 and asked what was going on. The response we received on Dec 24 at 3am (who would expect us to check our email at 3am?) was that "If we dont receive your January 1th payment then we stop our service. We are coming later today.". Why was I getting an ultimatum when Mark clearly didn't want to do his job? We ended up shovelling our own drive way because if anyone fell on our driveway we would be liable. Mark and his company did not "come later today" on Dec 24. Eventually they came only on Dec 25 at 8am to clean the snow, and there was nothing left for them to clean because some of us shovelled by ourselves while others have hired someone else to do the job in the absence of Mark. Mark came on De 26, was 37 hours after the snow stopped and was a gross violation of the city by-law requirement of 12 hours.
