        Very rude staff, a despicable delivery driver who was very confrontational, even after agreeing a proposed time, turned up 4hrs later with a self righteous behaviour. Will never go there again, complete Ba$tards

        This store will not allow returns or exchanges. These mattresses are all USED. The tags have been removed by Sealy as they cannot offer warranty on mattresses that have been returned from other stores. I have insider info and the staff that work there are not telling the truth - they say they are new. *** These are all returns from the big box stores and sleep country that offer 30day returns if you are not satisfied, ***this is where those mattresses end up. The prices they charge are comparable to what you would by new on sale at reputable retailers. Gross. Save yourself and hold out for sales elsewhere. Make sure the tags have not been removed.
