I bought a queen size mattress at this shop and the owner told me it comes with 4 years of warranty and then in 1 month it got ripped of from side, I called him and he hang up on me saying he will call back, never called back i left him message never replied and called him next day he was so rude and hang up on me again, what kind of service is this?

Bought 4 mattress here, 1 of them developed a big indent within days. Went to return it but the owners wife asked to wait until her husband comes back from his trip back home. So we waited, eventually after going multiple times they finally accepted the mattress for repair. Well.. few days later after receiving the mattress, the indent appeared again (doubt they did anything). Went again to return but the owner (Ibrahim) was extremely rude. Its wasnt a big deal (mattress was $150) but its the principle that counts! He said return is not in policy, then refused to show such policy (saying its between him and the company he repair mattress in the backroom). I left that mattress with them. This store is a scam! Beware!
