We bought 4 mattresses and 2 box springs from here. The box springs were squeaking so loudly in the first week that we kept waking up at night. We called to tell the man who sold it to us, first he said he would call back, but after a few days of not hearing back, we called again. He had no interest in doing anything to help. He was quite rude and was even the one to end the phone call saying he had to go. When I told him I had never had a box spring squeak like that, he just laughed and said "How many box springs have you had?" The mattresses are not great quality either, two already have sunken in a bit and it's only been about 7 months. I can actually be forgiving of low quality, and wouldn't give a poor rating to a small business for the quality of their products as I understand small businesses don't always have all the resources to provide the products they wish they could, but I was mostly disappointed with the poor customer service.

Ken is a great person who makes these himself. I have purchased 2 mattresses from him. He delivers for next to nothing and even helped bring the mattress to the bed frame, as I had no help. The mattresses are fantastic. He will make it exactly as hard or soft or memory foamy you like - and usable on both sides so the mattress lasts forever. It saves a lot from the landfill!
