        They have Preserved Hoose Kidney, which is kind of hard to find item in the local market.

        Best traditional chinese bacon, pork sausage, duck sausage. Very nostalgic. The only place in town you can buy it fresh, right from where it was made. They are very accommodating when we request to have different products to be vacuum packed for out of town gift . Apparently, this is a well known brand being sort after by our west coast relatives.
