I went to the vein institute with spider veins. Cindy looked at my legs and arranged to give me schlerotherapy. I went 2 x to her at $500 dollars a visit. I am horrified at the mess she made. My legs 8 weeks later are really still bruised and I am so sorry I elected to do the treatment. I am so ashamed of my legs that I only go swimming when there is no one in the pool. I cannot wear capris even and wear only long pants. Instead of healing my spider veins Cindy ended up creating many more veins ; plus the bruising is hideous. If you want a cosmetic job done do not go to the vein institute. If I had real varicose veins, I am sure I would have a better job done. It seems spider veins just get more tributaries and end up looking much worse. My advice keep away from schlerotheapy. This treatment will only make your spider veins look much worse. Keep away
