Main Healthcare (Specialized Centre)

I had an appointment with doctor here at 12.30pm its been 3 hours was writing to see doctor.very poor service totally unsatisfied.

So, if you want to get a family physician, you can go to another medical Centre. Receptionist didnt give any proper information during the call, so when I came, I even didnt have opportunity to see a doctor because I was misinformed about the facilitys services. Change your mind and choose another clinic.

Rude receptionist, She hung up on me and not even giving me full info which I have asked. No Idea why this things are going on at clinic. Someone referred me here and I must say It is WASTE of time to even call them and go there. I hope someone from licensed doctors of Ontario take action on this work place.

I appointed Dr. Latif as my family doctor and it might have been a big mistake. First time I met him he didnt even hear me properly of the problems Im dealing with. He gave me tests that arent even covered by OHIP! And even if the test were done and results were sent to the doctor for over 2 weeks ago, there is no follow up! Ive been calling them constantly to book an appointment but nobody receives the call. Such a disappointment. They changed the name to DanDan Family Practice (maybe to mask the bad reviews) but still the same place with the same awful service.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is the biggest waste of time and space Ive ever seen. I booked an appointment to get stitches removed - my appointment was for 2:30, we didnt get put in a room until 3:35. The doctor then made us wait an extra 35 minutes because he was looking for the tools to remove the stitches. After they were finally removed there was barely any communication between me and the doctor about aftercare or what the next steps are. He also kept leaving the room mid appointment to leave and talk to other workers and help other patients. Overall very unorganized and unprofessional, will not be returning. Waste of time for very poor service
