Family Medical Centre

At the suggestion of a friend, I learned that they have a doctor who speak Turkish. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist who accepted patients heard that I was Turkish and said that they no longer accept Turkish patients. When I asked if this was for a while or a permanent decision, she said that the doctor no longer accepts Turkish patients. At that moment, while I was thinking out loud, "Hmm, what can I do?" the receptionist said to me, "Nothing, find a new doctor". And she did not listen me and said okaaaay byeeee as if she hung up the phone in my face. I do not recommend you to go to this clinic, which is very disrespectful and racist.

Dr Hakop and Armen are excellent and caring doctors and extremely kind individuals, my whole family loves them both as well as everyone else that works at their office. We always appreciate all the care and attention they provide to us, Nersessian Family!

These people don't even know how to book appointments every time they give appointments you come and wait for more than 1 hour bcz they overbook at the same day. Disrespectful to the elderly that hardly can walk and get there have to wait 1 hour.

It was a bad experience with the receptionist at Dr. Boyrazian clinic, bad and uncooperative, which made me hate going to the doctor and wanting to change the doctor because of her bad behavior and Lack of respect

I have been under Dr. Hagop Boyrazians care for over thirty years (since I was a child) as my family doctor. I have also seen Dr. Armen Boyrazian a few times when Dr. Hagop is unavailable. They are both in high demand for a good reason, they are both exceptional doctors! I believe Dr. Armen Boyrazian is still accepting new patients so get in while you still can. The front end staff including reception is kind and patient especially considering the high volume of people that they interact with on a daily basis. On occasion, over the years, I have heard people being rude to the front end staff, this type of behaviour is unacceptable, especially since everyone there is trying to help you. Yes, there can be wait times however this once again is because the doctors are good at what they do and in high demand. Thank you Dr. Boyrazian and staff at the Family Medical Centre for your care over the years.
