Platinum Medical Clinic

One of the most worst clinic I have ever dealt with in my life, they are greedy to appointments, you call for in person appointment and they want you to have diary phone appointment before they give you in person appointment, when you know that you are in urgency to get an in person appointment, they dont care how much patient is in pain they just want more appointments. If I had an option to give them lower than 1 star rating I would have done it. Extremely disappointed, I am a family of 5 and thats our family clinic but every time I need to see doctor I have to go through the same frustrating experience , its a very respectful profession but I am sorry to say these greedy people of this clinic have no concerns of patients urgency they are just sitting there to make money out of appointments. I wish I could send this complain to somewhere, someone can take action against them.

Dr Pinella is by far the best doctor Ive ever had but the experiences with the clinic are far from great. Theyre disrespectful hang up on you constantly and now they are not allowing me to see another doctor because I went and seen a WALK-IN DOCTOR because my personal doctor was booked for over a month. Theyre rude arrogant and make coming to the doctors office a terrible task. Ive never had to deal with them as Ive always booked online and had a phone appointment and before that my mom had booked my appointments. This type of behaviour for people who work at a front desk is unacceptable and disgusting its no wonder this clinic has terrible reviews. Its not the doctors but the front staff. I couldnt praise the doctors enough but the front staff are another story.

Dr. Jessica Rodriguez is my family doctor, and I must say that me and my family are very grateful that we found her, not only she is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, she definitely understands the patients concerns. My family and I are very looking for a family doctor and we are glad we found her, a lot of the family doctors dont diagnose the patients properly but Dr. Jessica know how to properly treat and diagnose her patients

CALL THEM. REPORT THE CLINIC AS THE RUDEST FRONT DESK STAFF IN THE HISTORY OF MY HUMAN RESOURCE CAREER. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO AVOID.
