        Front desk staff is not friendly. Exorbitant lineups. We had to go to another appointment and based off waiting time we asked if we can register and come back since we would be back within the wait time. Front staff said "that is not convenient for us. We have work to do" in a rude tone. It is crazy. Operating on the avails of our tax money yet this is your attitude day to day? Be better.
