Cant get ahold of business. Poor service

Purchased a package to do 6 laser treatments. They took 3 days to respond to my booking request. Waited over a week for my appt and they cancelled 3 hours before my appt time and said they had to reschedule but stopped responding. I tried booking for lash services, they claim they have no one to do lashes either. As a person that often supports and publicly promotes small businesses with my fellow influencers, Id say Ive never experienced such poor service. Very disappointing. Service: Laser hair removal

Bought their teeth whitening package via Groupon, tried to contact the place to schedule the appointment, and there is zero response. No option to talk to reception, they ask to either book through online services (which I did not want to, as it asks to create your account and I believe requires your credit card credentials) or text them for "fastest" response.. I left voice message and texted, and haven't heard back at all. Waited for more than a day (wasted time) and had to cancel my payment and re-book with another place which is more responsive to new customers.

Such a wonderful experience! So glad I found her. Only downside is, Im going to be giving her all my money hahaha cant wait to come back!
