I love coming to birchmount health and wellness! I have been going to this clinic for two years now for chiro and massage, and their services are profressional and knowledgeable! Booking appointments is quick and easy and the lady at the desk is very friendly. Massage therapists are skilled and know how to treat pain. The overall place is very clean and comfortable. Im highly satisfied with my experience at this clinic

their secretary is the worst! no customer service skills whatsoever. When I called she just said hello? I had to ask if I was calling the clinic to which she said yes in a condescending tone. When you call any receptionist they should confirm who youre calling. Secondly, I booked an appointment with her only to have her not answer the day of and the door was locked. Waited for an hour just for the secretary to finally answer and tell me she doesnt have me on file. No empathy, no offering to reschedule just attitude and short answers. The message itself is probably good but I will not be returning solely off the secretarys lack of customer service skills.

I have been receiving treatment at this clinic for years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff are incredible and booking an appointment is so easy.

Best clinic!! Staff was super friendly and well organized. Very accommodating to my busy work schedule. Best Massage ever!! I will be coming back again!!
