Went on a weekend to inquire about a corporate plan. The guy sitting there had music playing really loud on his phone, we had to talk really loud so he could hear us. We were trying to inquire about one of the corporate plans and he had no idea about any of the questions we'd ask. He had to call his buddy up twice to give us an answer. We wanted to trade our old phone in and for that to happen, he needed some login info to the website portal which he didn't have. How are you working but don't have the basic login info?? Not to mention, sometimes he'd be singing to the song he was playing on his phone really loud WHILE we're talking to ignore us. Really rude customer service.

Worst experience today I went to this showroom. I asked basic detials about my SIM cards. He was rude and he does not understand what customer is asking. Please provide him proper training how to handle customers. Customer service is not just a job its a skill to marketing the company products. Actually Jio network is partnering with Telus canada . He does not even knows that he was arguing I can not help you like that. If he does not know he should enquire with superior but he just wanted to continue watching some YouTube videos he did not even moved from his chair he was sincerely watching some series. My room mates told this location Telus is not good asked me to go STC I only went here for saving time. But he is not worth for this kind of job. Tom I will sort out my issue with same Telus and then I need to raise a complaint. He wasted my time and he was rude.
