Chris, Jenni and the staff were very professional. Excellent customer service throughout the process. The technicians, Ali and Dante were very pleasant. They protected my floors while doing the job and left no mess. After installation, they clearly demonstrated how to operate everything. What a fantastic job!!! I would definitely recommend them!

Wonderful job, worked perfectly. Installers were prompt, knew what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. Showed us how to use the lifts, we had 2 installed. Overall a great job by a continuous and caring company who communicated frequently throughout the entire job Bob Lewis

I needed to find some options to allow my mother to age in place. She did not wish to move to a retirement home. Her house was built in 1930 and she had lived there for the past 50 years, however, it did not have the accessibility features needed to support daily living. LifeCare Mobility (Chris Gaffney) was very responsive and efficient in helping me explore stairlift options and took the time to ensure that it was customized to suit this older home with narrow stairs. Ali and Dante installed the Handicare unit and explained how to use it and ensured that there was a comfort level going up and down. Jenni also provide advice on a suitable adjustable hospital bed/mattress and was able to have this installed in time for my parents use. We have been very happy with the excellent service received and would recommend their services and products.
