I called Kevin and left a message, he called me back within minutes. I had just refinanced but I was really in a financial jam. The equity in my home had increased, I had the income but my credit score was not the greatest. My mortgage payments were very high. I had another bill plus my credit card. After crunching some numbers, Kevin explained that he could get me a new mortgage that could consolidate the existing bills, give me some cash for a renovation to repair my basement and use it as a rental property to generate some cash flow and lower my mortgage payments. I agreed. He worked expeditiously and he would always keep in the loop. There were times when I was too busy to send off the documents and he would remind me to send them quickly to avoid any delays. The entire process was done in less than two months. I have never seen this before. I had a new mortgage and the bills were consolidated and I was able to sleep better. Kevin was super professional, showed up to get documents signed on time. I called him up to asked questions and he would respond. He would keep me posted at each interval of the process. I have recommended him to some of my friends without hesitation. He is really good at what he does!

I highly recommend Kevin who is professional in his duties. Kevin was always available to answer my questions and provide suggestions to my mortgage needs. He would follow up to make sure that I fully understood the process and provide clarity for any areas that I had any doubts. It was a pleasure working with Kevin and I look forward to working with him in the future.
