My clients and I always have a great experience when using Wise Equity, and my last transaction with them was no exception. Nathaniel was able to creatively increase my client's purchasing power which resulted in them being able to purchase their first home! No previous mortgage broker was able to get them the low rate and approval amount desired. He took the time to thoroughly educate my clients throughout the lending process and was always responsive. Any hiccup that arose, that was beyond our control, was quickly remedied by Nathaniel. This resulted in a stress free experience for my clients. Through my journey in the world of the real property sector and the credit system: I've come across a multitude of mortgage brokers. From 15 year veterans to brand new brokers working solely for a Class A/B or private lenders. I was even an account manger for a broker for a short period of time. With all that said, I had given up on finding a broker that had my best intentions at heart. From unreasonable brokering fees to almost paying off assets without my permission in order for a deal to go through. I cannot speak on behalf of wise equity, but if LEON ALEXANDER is any indication of the kind of ethics and business acumen the company portrays, then I've learned another life lesson. I had concluded that the uninformed will always be taken advantage of: LEON ALEXANDER disproved that! He not only helped to patiently direct me and my business partner in a new mix-use building purchase outside the GTA, but he swiftly responded and acted on the deals beyond any broker I have worked with before.
