I wanna share with everybody how super amazing and nice the people at Morningside Nissan are including Lanie and Harry. From the moment I walked in and everybody greeted me with a smile. Lanie went through with me regarding everything I wanted for a car until we settled on one and Harry helped through the process and it was super quick and easy process. They went over with me about every detail and Lanie explained everything in detail about to use the car. They made our little family happy and wish everybody the same experience. Purchased a new Nissan Sentra 2023 Im loving it so far. Everyone at the dealership was great and so helpful, especially David Xu. He made the experience quick, easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend purchasing your next car from this dealership!

This place is a scam! They took our $2000 just like that. We did not even close the deal. We cancel it before we even get approve. They keep us on pending. Then next day they said we cannot take our money back because we signed a sale deal but apparently that is just the pre approval that I signed. They told us that is already the sale agreement. We are very disappointed. We lost our money for nothing. Lanie gave us a hard time in cancelling the deal. You cannot even back out. She keep on insisting us to get it eventhough we told her we are canceling it. She is compromising the costumer.

I purchased a car from then years ago. I moved so I don't use service but I contacted for info of my car. They are now don't even answer my call. They are nice only they want to sell a car! Addition Please read Morningside Nissan Team response. I already called and sent email to Michael M many times and his response were "don't know" and "can't help. contact warranty division." But he never provided warranty division email or phone#. When I asked contact info he simply ignored it. At end, I went Nissan cooperated office in Mississauga and they apologized and dealt with my issue. I appreciate their correspondence. Don't buy from Morningside Nissan! Go another Nissan dealer. Problems are waiting for you! I bought a new used car from Woodchester Nissan in Mississauga, so far they are all fantastic! (kind, considerate and friendly)
