Dr. Yu is so cool and so incredibly skilled. She was so kind to me and I felt completely comfortable the whole time, though I was quite nervous. You can feel the skill of her hands when she is working and I just really appreciated her bedside manner and overall approach. She was so great, and everyone at the office was also very lovely and caring. I definitely recommend this place! (: Thank you! You are such an inspiration and are so impressive, I really appreciated everything so much!

I am happy to have chosen Dr. Yu for my dental implant. I am impressed with the care I received, Dr. Yu's overall bedside manner, and the friendliness of her staff. I recently cracked my front tooth and needed an implant placed. Dr. Yu was recommended to me by my dentist. Dr. Yu clearly explained my options and associated costs during the first visit. She was polite and answered all my questions. I had a bone graft done on March 1st, 2021, and had my implant placed in August. Dr. Yu ensured that both treatments were as painless as possible. I was also provided clear instructions to ensure my healing went as smoothly as possible. I had swelling for longer than usual after the bone graft, and Dr. Yu quickly scheduled me to have it checked out. Her team and office staff are also excellent, scheduling appointments was easy. They worked with my busy schedule and followed up after my treatments to check in on me.

If it was possible to rate the service I received from Dr. Yu a "0" I would. I went to Dr. Yu back in February 2019. I had a reseeding front tooth, it was lose and going to fall out. I thought I would be proactive and get an implant to replace it. Her advice was to remove all four of my front teeth. Once done she would do a bone graph and place two implants with two teeth on each. I took her advice. After that bone graph, and detailed x-ray the doctor said I would need another bone graph to have enough bone to cover. Again, I took her advice. After the second bone graph she told me she can't do the implants and instead could give me a permanent bridge. At this point I was well over 3k in expensive, not to mention having to walk around with a temporary bridge for almost two years. I went to another specialist. That doctor looked at the work, shocked Dr. Yu couldn't put implants in and right away set up an appointment for implant surgery, easily fixing the mess Dr Yu made. Again this is why I would not recommend Dr. Yu. I'm currently exploring my options to sue her.
