I am extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism. I confirmed my appointment over the phone less than 24 hours ago. My appointment was cancelled without any notice (no call or voice mail). To make matters worse, they re booked me without even confirming if I am available or not. I showed up to my appointment not knowing it was cancelled, and the doors were locked. This place is extremely unprofessional and lacks common courtesy when it comes to communication. UPDATE**** The owner is completely dishonest. No email or voicemail was left. They dont even have my email on file! When I stood outside their door, and called the owner, confused why I didnt receive a phone call, she admitted I usually call. Do not trust these liars.
