        Havent seen a vet here yet but came here to have a tech check out our brindle boi Diesel and the women here were so kind and helpful with such a good vibe. Shoutout to the doggo behind the front desk who made us all smile. Massively different energy from our old VCA location at Kew Beach

        My dog injured herself and I went to the nearest vet which is less than 500m away from my home. They were so caring and accommodating and tended her our needs right away. I was nervous taking her to a new vet since she has PTSD and her breed, but they welcomed her and were very kind to her needs.

        Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. The vet we seen was very good and could tell she truly cares about her patients. Only reason not 5 stars is no one called or emailed next day to see how my dog was feeling after his visit the previous day to ensure the meds he was taking were working or if having any further issues.
