I wish there was zero star option. I have been using this pharmacy for very close to three years now. Very recently they have hired on another new pharmacist to help. I am not aware of his name as he refused to provide it. It is a male pharmacist and he treated me like I was a drug addict just because my doctor was not available to renew my prescription on time. I Politely asked for them to help me with three days of medication until my doctor was back in the office, it is a medication that has very strong withdrawal effects if I do not take it. This pharmacist refused. I was forced to take an appointment with a walk-in doctor in order to get three days of medication carried over. When I tried to reason with him he was rude and unprofessional. He told me to take my business elsewhere. I contacted my new pharmacy to have my medications transferred over. This male pharmacist refused 4 times!!! Even though the new pharmacy was asking for it. It is illegal to do this. Finally after a weeks issues, they finally sent my file but decided to only send some items and not others. When I tried speaking to the female assistant on duty the same days, she spoke over me and even asked me if I was done when I spoke. This was honestly the worst Ive ever been treated in any business let alone a pharmacy that deals with my life saving medications. Beware please

Great people. Understanding. I have had addiction issues in the past and they have helped me and put up with me for almost three years. I love them like family.

Great Customer Service with personal look out for your prescription. The staff is very knowledgeable and advise as and when necessary. Good follow up service when your prescription is due for re-fill or if your pre-ordered medication gets available. Thank you Vaishali and the team!!!
