DO NOT USE this company, Steve uses Used lease old water tanks with no warranty guarantees. First tank he installed in my house he had to come back and do more work as it wasn't fixed right the first time Then I ask him to install a hot water tank at my office, started leaking afterwards, told me it was a electrical problem, which I had a electrican in. which was NOT the case. He refuse to come back or take my calls. I had another plumber out for less money and a brand new Hot water tank with a warranty. I guess this is why he makes you do a etransfer or cash, no cheques because there is no way of getting your money back without going to small claims court. Be interesting of the outcome of all this. Worked performed last November 2021. the worked was not tested by my friend, the owner, until this May, when she discovered that the replaced shut-off valves, replaced by Steve McArthur, was leaking once she opened the valves for summer outdoor water supply. She called him twice but he is no answer the calls after she requested that he take care of the issues. Service: Plumbing leak repair
