        If there was a zero star option I would use it, I was on the phone consulting some rude disrespectful women named Lauren. I wanted my pond cleaned and I was recommended there by a good friend. She rudely explained that my pond wasn't worth their time and that she and Randall would perfer to stick with the known customers that would pay more then new customers that would pay less. Then hung up. I am 84 years old and I built this pond back in 1976 with my wife as she loved water features, after her passing I just wanted to see my wifes pond running like it once did. But I'm to old to do it myself and to old for this business to care. What has this world come to.
