For Flux Sake Studio

I am writing this review from the parking lot of another pottery class where week after week I find myself being the go to person for advice on everything from how to create specific pieces to how to glaze them. I share this not to disparage the other teacher (much) but because Jen is such a kind, thorough, giving teacher/helper that she has given me these skills that Im now sharing with others. Jens thoughtful approach to helping empowers all of her students to create anything they can imagine - she gives you everything you need to know for your own projects and working in a truly welcoming group setting means that youre exposed to what everyone else is learning at the same time. I cannot recommend taking classes with Jen enough. Shes so passionate and it rubs off on you in the best possible way.

Amazing place to get started with pottery! I took the the 5-week course with Jen and it was such a great experience. Jen provides you all the necessary tools and techniques on different methods of hand building and really gives you the space to run with your creativity. She is an amazing teacher-informative, supportive, and always full of great suggestions as well! I would definitely recommend any of her classes and will be back soon!

Professional, entertaining and unique experience! My wife and I attending one of Jennys workshops and finished with a toothbrush holder and a cup. Was very accommodating and patient with us and instructed us every step of the way. Will definitely be returning to try it out again.

Have taken 3 two day classes and its always been a blast! I started with no experience with clay. The classes were super friendly for beginners. I love that Jen lets you run with your ideas! She is always there to help guide you in the direction you want to go without stifling your creativity. Currently taking a 5 day course and Im very excited to see what kind of new skills I will learn. Brought my boyfriend to try it out as a date night thing! Super fun!
