Is the equivalent of all the short bus people came together , and made a business. Only they have scrudge Mc duck running it . And there property all run down dumps because scrudge won't spend two cents. per ten years on , house or apartment building.

They own house I live in and told me clean water doesn't mold and mice are in my imagination... They are the slumlord of Ontario Canada . Also fire alarms carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers all past there date in the 1990 s so not even this decade. Also he trespass always never noticed and he walks right in my house and leaves note to say he was there .

If I could rate this dump 0 0 I would. The building is filthy. There's been no superintendent since December. With cockroaches and now bedbugs this building is crawling! The laundry room is an absolute disgrace. I even saw a cockroach on one of the washers. Since November there has been 1 washer on the floor, broken. The machines only dispense 6 inches of water in the rinse cycle causing the tenants to have to use multiple machines with small loads. Laundry machines are filthy. Water is off at leastl once a week. Elevator is broken at least once aaweek. Our apartment is full of mold. Ceiling leaks and water runs in from the ceiling by the balcony. Can't use your balcony because of the pigeons. A DISGUSTING HOLE OF A BUILDING. Thank goodness we are out of here at the end of August. Paying $1098.91 for rent but they are going to be renting it for $1480.00 after we leave. What a rip off!!! The old man Wall, that works in the office and runs this dump is so ignorant and he hides in the office from all the tenants that complain. Bunch of liars that work in the office. Don't bother with this dump.
