The poor reviews here are correct. Very rude management especially the reception desk at head office. The girl on the phone has no manners and rushes you off the phone. This company is a walking lawsuit. Tenants builders, companies stay away

I will rate them 0 if I can. The property manger of the condo I lived (35 Bales) was poor managed. They ignore resident's voice, when I ask their upper management' contact information they refused to reply. I even can not talked to the director of the building. They are trying to hide everything.

Deserve zero for management Living in a condo unit maintained by this property management. Whenever we call property management office our concerns are unheard.

Shiu Pong Management has been very helpful to me throughout the process of purchasing a unit in a condominium they manage. They have been very responsive by both phone and email, and were especially helpful when I needed a copy of a document within a few hours.
