Jelan is my friend and realtor! He is very professional and great to work with. I have sold and/or bought with Jelan multiple times now! The fact that I keep coming back is a great indication of his level of service and commitment. As always, my newest purchase in spring of 2021 was smooth and absolutely excellent. I was looking to purchase a home when my family decided to move back to Canada and Jelan looked at many properties while I was out the country. I signed the purchase agreement without even seeing the house because of the trust we had with the recommendations of Jelan. My entire family is super happy with the purchase and I can't ask for more. I appreciated Jelans professionalism, infinite patience and resourcefulness. The best decision I made was to work with Jelan to get my dream home. You cannot find a better partner because he works with you, understand your taste/requirements, does not push you and gives you the space to make the right decision which was not the case based on my previous experiences. I support my statement with the fact that Jelan literally showed me different houses in different areas for the past 2 years and I just closed a house 1 wk back. Jelan is a kind, strategic negotiator. He sold our home within a few days and he found us our beautiful dream home. As first time-buyers we were super nervous at first, however Jelan made it seem so easy and we enjoyed the whole experience.
