Ingrid is an amazing person and Real Estate Agent! She has helped me sell 2 homes and purchase 1. She skillfully and professionally ensured I received top dollar, well over asking price, for the 2 homes I sold and incredibly negotiated a purchase for under asking price the bidding wars were no match for her warrior spirit! I would like to express how impressed I was with Ingrid's professionalism and her wast experience in this field. She made the sale and the purchase of our home a pleasant experience. What most impressed me, was that she actually took the time to sit down with me and find out what style of home we are looking for and what our main search criteria was . She had also done a preview of the home before suggesting it for showing. I liked that very much it saved us a lot of time . That kind of care tied our loyalty to her and we wouldn't trade her for any other agent.
