My friend bought a house through Yathavan and was happy with his purchase. He introduced him saying "He is a very knowledgeable and has more patience". I am not a person to convince easily that too when it comes to buying a house. He showed me many houses patiently. Never pushed me for a decision. Will be honest with his opinions. At times when I was rushing to take decision, he explains things and advices not to rush. There are 1000s of realtors in GTA but only few have been in the business as long as Yathavan. That itself explains a lot about him. I have met quite a few realtors over the years, only Yathavan truly puts the clients first all the time, he goes above and beyond to get the right property for his client.
