Mathany represented my landlord in showing a unit while I was residing in it. She was extremely unprofessional in interacting with me - did not follow any instructions regarding communication. At one point she failed to set up the system to block the required 24h period or even give me the option to decline showings. Upon explicitly requesting her to refrain from contacting me and informing only my landlord should be contacting me (given I did not contract her myself) she continued to message me like an amateur realtor. I would caution anyone to use someone this unprofessional as their representation.
