Chaminda helped me get a house. He has been super responsive and flexible with his timings. The good part is that he knows and understands what the client wants and has good negotiation skills when it comes to working with other agents and sellers. We've had visitations in different parts of town and he's always been there. More importantly for me, he has a very positive outlook and attitude and that matters a lot.
