From the time I contacted Mike over he phone and few days later meeting him in person, I new that he was the one I could trust to sell my home. From that point on, he guided us step by step till the house was sold (less than a week in the market). He knew the neighbourhood very well which helped a lot. He listened and answered all of our questions. Never rushed us just to make a sell. It was on our time not his.
